step 5 - delivery of obi

Obi is sent directly to the clinician's postal address ahead of the scheduled trial period. We use Australia Post's Express Post service with Signature for added security.

step 6 - trial obi at home

Clinicians bring Obi to the customer's home and customise the set up for their use throughout the trial period. During the visit, we encourage clinicians to share the customer demonstration video, which provides a comprehensive overview of Obi's features and how it works. Together, clinicians and customers can explore the device's capabilities, try different foods, and show Obi to family and the customer's support team. We provide useful clinical resources to support the clinician to evaluate the trial's success and clinical outcomes.

step 7 - return and follow-up

Towards the end of the trial, clinicians return to the customer's home to collect Obi and finalise their assessment. Clinicians can book a follow-up call with us to discuss trial outcomes and receive prescription advice.

step 8 - Quote

The Therapy Collective issues a quote based on the prescription provided by the clinician and the clinician manages the necessary application for funding. Our goal is to empower clinicians to navigate the funding application process, by providing them with the valuable support and resources throughout the trial experience. Combining their clinical insights from the trial, along with our resources, the clinician can have confidence in their recommendations.
